This course allows you to fully enjoy OBORO's signature dishes and the finest Wagyu beef, carefully sourced with great care.This is a menu that can be used for special meals such as special occasions.Among them is the tongue of a female Japanese Black Beef cow, which is quite rare.One recommended dish is the "Specially Selected Raw Tongue Salt," which is made from the rare part of the tongue that can only be taken in very small quantities and is served fresh without being frozen.
